BEAR FAIR
Vendor Information
If you or someone you know would like to purchase a vendor booth or provide a sponsorship banner at the Bryson Bear Fair, the cost is $60. All vendors and sponsors must fill out our vendor contract to participate. Vendor fee will be waived for 501c3 non-profit organizations!
Prize Donations
The vast majority of our Bear Fair prizes are from donations! We will be giving out candy and small toys as prizes for games and activities. If you would like to purchase these, thank you! To save time and make your dollar stretch even further, we are suggesting a monetary donation of $5 (any amount is welcome!) to go toward purchasing these items wholesale. You can make a donation via the Bryson Givebacks page or send cash or check in a labeled envelope with your child.
Volunteer Opportunities
This is a great opportunity for students needing community service hours (Beta Club/NHS) as well as parents and grandparents!

Additional Information
In case of inclement weather, the Bear Fair will be held inside the school cafeteria, gym, and under awning-covered areas outdoors in front of the school and by the bus loop.
