Bear Fair
Our school carnival, the Bear Fair, is back for the first time since 2019! It will take place on Friday, October 7th and is rain or shine. This fun family event will have rides, inflatables, food trucks, carnival games, music, and so much more!
Tickets
The Bear Fair ticket pre-sale is from September 28th - October 6th. Click here to purchase pre-sale family packs!
Bear Fair tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket booth on October 7th for 50 cents per ticket.
Games: 1-4 tickets
Inflatables: 4-6 tickets
Concessions: 1-3 tickets
Food trucks will take cash or cards. There is no ATM on site. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Prize Donations
The vast majority of our Bear Fair prizes are from donations! We will be giving out candy and small toys as prizes for games and activities. If you would like to purchase these, thank you! If you would like to save time and make your dollar stretch even further, we are suggesting a monetary donation of $5 (any amount is welcome!) to go towards purchasing these items wholesale. You can make a donation via the Bryson MemberHub page or send cash or check in a labeled envelope with your child. Please send all donations by Monday, October 3rd.

High School and Middle School students sign up here.
Because this is a community event, you do not need to be a Level II volunteer to help out.
Additional Information
Admission to the Bear Fair is free but tickets will be available for purchase to use at our games, concessions, and rides.
Bear Fair will be located on the field to the left of the school building. Parking will be in the lot in front of the school with additional parking in the bus loop parking lot.
Five food trucks will be present: Chick-Fil-A, The One-Eyed Donkey, The Cheez Press, and Kona Ice. They will accept both cash and cards.
Chips, cans of soda, and bottled water are also available from our concessions booth in exchange for tickets.
In case of inclement weather, the Bear Fair will be held inside the school cafeteria, gym, and under awning-covered areas outdoors in front of the school and by the bus loop.
Our Book Fair's Family Day will be operating from the Media Center during the Bear Fair!
